Deep breathing awareness | Lower rib expansion
Here is a simple breathing exercise to help you feel the expansion of your deep breath beyond the frontal belly movement.
Keep in mind that the breath doesn’t have to be big and that the primary tool for breathing is the nose 😉 specially with this amount of low activity.
🌱 Breathe slowly and silently in and out through your nose.
